Santhosha Vidhyalaya encourages students to take up roles and responsibilities that equip them to build up their leadership qualities. Each new academic year begins with the students nominating themselves for their roles and responsibilities. They also participate in canvasing their fellow students. Students from class 5 and above will elect their student leaders by voting through democratic election process.
After the election results are consolidated, the elected leaders are oriented to their responsibilities and prepared to take their oath during the Investiture Ceremony witnessed by the whole school.
The student office bearers will include:
President, Vice President, 8 Ministers, 3 Captains, 3 Vice Captains, and 6 Prefects totalling 23 office bearers.
