Organizational Structure

Santhosha Educational Society (SES) is led by a dedicated Board comprising the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Members, ensuring strong governance and strategic direction.

The Correspondent, a member trustee of the Board, plays a vital role in managing school affairs in collaboration with the President and SES Board. Supporting this structure, the Management Committee, which includes office bearers, the Correspondent, the Principal, and the Administrative Coordinator meets quarterly to oversee administrative matters.

The Principal leads the school’s operations, overseeing academics, administration, and student welfare with the support of the Vice Principal, Chief Warden, and Administrative Coordinator. The Vice Principal manages academics, digital resources, and student care, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.

In the residential sector, the Chief Warden and team, including wardens and a healthcare coordinator, ensure student safety, well-being, and hostel management. The Administrative Coordinator oversees campus upkeep, security, and general administration.

SES also encourages student leadership through the Student Council, where elected representatives act as a voice for their peers, working closely with the Principal.

Through this well-structured governance, Santhosha Vidhyalaya is committed to bring academic excellence, student development, and a nurturing learning environment.

SES Board*

Refers to the Santhosha Educational Society. The SES Board comprises of President and other officer bearers such as Vice President, Secretary, Treaurer, Correspondent and other members.

Academic Coordinators

One Academic Coordinator is designated for each section: Primary School (Class 1–5), Middle School (Class 6–8), High School (Class 9–10), and Higher Secondary (Class 11–12).

Management Committee

Comprises executive members of Santhosha Educational Soceity, Corresponsent (Trustee Member), the Principal, and the Administrative Coordinator.

Heads of Department (HODs)

Assigned for each subject to oversee academic excellence and departmental coordination.
