Mr. Prince Josiah Benjamin, an alumnus of the Class of 1998, joined the Board in 2021 and was elected as President in 2022. With nearly two decades of experience in community development and organizational leadership, Prince has worked as aprocess innovator, focusing on strengthening systems and optimizing processes across HR, Finance Management, Risk Management, and Compliance. His strategic approach has enhanced accountability, efficiency, and coordination across diverse projects and programs.
Prince currently serves as a freelancer and volunteer, providing his expertise to multiple organizations to help them strengthen their systems and achieve their mission for the benefit of communities. He is also the Founder and Managing Trustee of Cephas Foundation and serves as the Treasurer of the Christian Institute of Management.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Karunya University, an M.Tech. in Sensor System Engineering from VIT University, and a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from Pondicherry University.
His commitment to transformational leadership, good governance, and community empowerment continues to make a meaningful impact.
Mr. Daniel Devadoss Eben, a proud alumnus of the Batch of 1990 (Class X), brings over 27 years of professional experience in the field of Information Technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bishop Heber College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, completed in 1998.
Daniel has built his career working with international nonprofit organizations, where he has played key roles in IT support, infrastructure management, systems implementation, and global IT operations. Since 2007, he has been serving as an IT Support Specialist at Bible League International, where he oversees IT operations across multiple regional offices worldwide. His extensive experience managing complex technical environments brings valuable insight and strategic thinking to the Board.
Daniel joined the Board in 2025 and was elected Vice President in 2026, reflecting the confidence placed in his leadership, professional expertise, and commitment to the institution. He also holds the distinction of being the third alumnus to join the Board, strengthening the meaningful representation of alumni in the institution’s governance and leadership.
Daniel’s deep understanding of IT systems, coupled with his experience in international nonprofit settings, positions him as a strong asset to the Board, particularly in areas of digital transformation, governance, technology, and alumni engagement.
Mr. Jeremiah Rajanesan, born in the Dohnavur Fellowship, is also the son of David Rajamanian, the former Secretary of Dohnavur Fellowship and Secretary & Vice-President of Santhosha Educational Society. He is the great-grandson of ‘Mimosa,’ the younger sister of Arulai Tara.
After completing his education, he pursued a career as an engineer in the energy sector across India. However, in response to God’s call, he joined Dohnavur Fellowship and has since contributed in diverse areas, including engineering, administration, animal husbandry, agriculture, environmental conservation, sustainable rural livelihoods, and climate change initiatives.
A strong advocate of Franciscan spirituality, he emphasizes caring for all of God’s creation and leading a simple lifestyle, a principle deeply valued by Amy Carmichael and Godfrey Webb-Peploe. Since 1996, he has been actively involved with Santosha Vidhyalaya (SV), overseeing campus safety, infrastructure development, and essential resources like electricity and water. Dr. Abraham Sudharson Ponraj is an alumnus of SV from the 2005 Batch and joined the Board in 2026. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Electronics Engineering at VIT Chennai, with over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. His areas of expertise include Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, and Biomedical Engineering.
Since his school days, Dr. Abraham has maintained a deep connection with Santhosha Vidhyalaya, crediting the institution for instilling in him faith, integrity, discipline, and a spirit of service. He has been an active member of the SVAA since its inception in 2014 and has supported initiatives benefiting students, teachers, and alumni, particularly the school’s football program.
