Each new academic year begins with the students nominating themselves for their roles and responsibilities. They also participate in canvasing their fellow students. Students from class 5 and above will elect their student leaders by voting through democratic election process.
After the election results are consolidated, the elected leaders are oriented to their responsibilities and prepared to take their oath during the Investiture Ceremony witnessed by the whole school.
