The first two academic years witnessed the leadership of two Headmistresses, Mrs. Janet Roberts (1982-1983) and Mrs. Florence Franklin (1983-1984). In 1984, Mr. S. Ponraj assumed the role of Principal and remained in the position for an impressive 34 years, retiring in 2018. Then from Mr. S Ponraj, Mrs. P Mary Florence took charge as the Principal till her retirement in 2023.

Currently, Mrs Lydia Premakumari has taken charge since 2023.

This cabinet fosters a collaborative, well-rounded leadership experience for our students.
Santhosha Vidhyalaya encourages students to take up roles and responsibilities that equip them to build up their leadership qualities. Each new academic year begins with the students nominating themselves for their roles and responsibilities. They also participate in canvasing their fellow students. Students from class 5 and above will elect their student leaders by voting through democratic election process. After the election results are consolidated, the elected leaders are oriented to their responsibilities and prepared to take their oath during the Investiture Ceremony witnessed by the whole school.
