Prince , an alumnus from the Class of 1998, has been serving in his current role since 2022. With a deep passion for community development, Prince has worked as an NGO process innovator, meticulously analyzing and optimizing processes across HR, Finance Management, Risk, and Compliance. His strategic approach has strengthened accountability and improved coordination across projects and programs.
Currently, Prince is a freelancer and volunteer, offering his extensive expertise to multiple organizations, assisting them in achieving their mission for the benefit of communities. In addition to his professional contributions, Prince is the Founder and Managing Trustee of Cephas Foundation and an Executive Committee Member of the Christian Institute of Management.
Prince holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Karunya University and two master’s degrees: M.Tech. in Sensor System Engineering from VIT University and MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management) from Pondicherry University

Mr. Jeremiah Rajanesan, born in the Dohnavur Fellowship, is also the son of David Rajamanian, the former Secretary of Dohnavur Fellowship and Secretary & Vice-President of Santhosha Educational Society. He is the great-grandson of ‘Mimosa,’ the younger sister of Arulai Tara.
After completing his education, he pursued a career as an engineer in the energy sector across India. However, in response to God’s call, he joined Dohnavur Fellowship and has since contributed in diverse areas, including engineering, administration, animal husbandry, agriculture, environmental conservation, sustainable rural livelihoods, and climate change initiatives.
A strong advocate of Franciscan spirituality, he emphasizes caring for all of God’s creation and leading a simple lifestyle, a principle deeply valued by Amy Carmichael and Godfrey Webb-Peploe. Since 1996, he has been actively involved with Santosha Vidhyalaya (SV), overseeing campus safety, infrastructure development, and essential resources like electricity and water.
