Online Fees Payment Policy

The following Terms and Conditions apply specifically to Santhosha Vidhyalaya. By using the online fee payment / donation services provided by Santhosha Vidhyalaya, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. The school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. 

  1. School Services:

Santhosha Vidhyalaya provides residential and co-educational schooling services, including academic instruction, extracurricular activities, and other school-related facilities.

  1. Online Fee / Donation Payment:

Santhosha Vidhyalaya offers an online fee payment service through its ERP portal, allowing students and parents to pay fees and give donations online securely using various available payment methods. By authorizing a payment through this service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Payment Gateway:

The online fee payment and donation payment service uses a third-party payment gateway. Credit card information provided during the payment process is handled by the payment gateway and is not supplied to the school. Santhosha Vidhyalaya only receives the payer’s name, bill number, and payment amount. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the entered information.

  1. Fees / Donation Payment Processing:

The availability of the online fee payment and donation payment system may vary, and Santhosha Vidhyalaya does not guarantee uninterrupted access. It is advised to complete fee payments via offline or online methods before the due date to avoid any issues.

  1. Fee Rules:

All fee rules mentioned in the Fee Card provided by Santhosha Vidhyalaya remain applicable.

  1. Transaction Charges:

Online transaction charges are not included in the fee amount. The payment page provided by the service provider will specify the total amount payable, including any applicable transaction charges.

  1. Fee Payment Availability:

The online fee payment system’s availability is subject to change. Santhosha Vidhyalaya does not guarantee uninterrupted service. It is recommended to complete fee payments in advance to avoid inconvenience.

  1. Failed Transactions:

In case of a failed transaction, any charges imposed by the participating banks will be borne by the payer. Santhosha Vidhyalaya is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from declined transactions due to insufficient funds, authorization failure, exceeding preset limits, or other technical/payment issues.

  1. Processing Charges:

Santhosha Vidhyalaya does not charge processing or service fees for online payments. However, students and parents must bear the transaction processing charges levied by the payment gateway service provider.

  1. Taxes:

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the fee amount. The payer is responsible for bearing these charges.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy 

Effective Date: 1 Mar 2025

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue results in a payment being deducted from the payer’s account but not reflected in the school’s ERP system, the payment will be manually submitted within 7-10 working days.
  • Multiple Payments: In case of duplicate payments, confirmed by the payment gateway service, the school will either refund the excess amount or adjust it toward the next semester fee, as per the payer’s request, within 7-10 working days.
  • Other Payment Discrepancies: Parents/students must directly contact the school regarding any fee discrepancies. The school’s decision will be final.
  • No Cancellations: Once the fee / donation payment is made, cancellation is not permitted.
  • No Refunds or Chargebacks: Fees paid through the online payment system are non-refundable, and no chargebacks will be entertained.
